1. PLATFORM DESCRIPTION
GroundX is an aggregator platform connecting businesses and individuals with independent field executives for verification, inspection, survey, and related services.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
You must:
• Be legally capable of entering a contract
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
3. INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDERS
• Field Executives are independent contractors, not employees.
• GroundX does not guarantee task availability or earnings.
• No employment benefits apply.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree NOT to:
• Upload fake, incorrect, or manipulated data
• Misuse the Platform or App
• Attempt fraud, impersonation, or system tampering
• Contact clients outside the Platform
• Collect money from clients directly
5. PAYMENTS & FEES
• Payments are subject to task completion and approval.
• Rejected, incomplete, or fraudulent tasks are unpaid.
• GroundX may deduct platform fees, penalties, or taxes.
• Payment schedules are defined separately in service agreements.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, logos, software, and materials belong to GroundX.
You may not copy, distribute, or misuse them without permission.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
GroundX may suspend or terminate access without notice if:
• Fraud or data manipulation is detected
• Platform policies are violated
• Misconduct or client complaints occur
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GroundX is not liable for:
• Field-level incidents, accidents, or disputes
• Losses caused by user negligence or misconduct
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold GroundX harmless from:
• Claims, losses, or damages arising from your actions
• Breach of these Terms or applicable laws
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
Users must maintain confidentiality of:
• Client information
• Platform data and reports
• Internal processes and SOPs
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain third-party links.
GroundX is not responsible for their content or practices.
12. MODIFICATIONS
GroundX may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India (or your chosen jurisdiction).
