FINAL FIELD EXECUTIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION
This Field Executive Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your engagement with the Company’s Aggregator Platform (“Platform”) for performing field visit services for B2B and B2C clients.
By onboarding or using the mobile application (“App”), you agree to all terms below.
2. NATURE OF ENGAGEMENT
1. You are an independent service provider, not an employee.
2. No employment benefits (PF, ESI, salary, paid leave) are applicable.
3. You may accept or decline tasks unless otherwise required by Platform policies.
3. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
1. Complete assigned field visits accurately and within the scheduled time.
2. Use the App to update all task stages (Start, In-Progress, Completed).
3. Capture and upload all required proof—photos, signatures, forms, GPS check-ins—correctly.
4. Follow all Company SOPs, field guidelines, and client instructions.
5. Maintain professional and respectful behavior during visits.
6. Complete rework or pending tasks when assigned.
4. PAYMENT TERMS (BIWEEKLY)
1. Payments will be disbursed biweekly (every 14 days).
2. Only completed and approved tasks will be paid.
3. The Company may deduct platform fees, penalties, taxes, or charges for damages.
4. Payout will be made to your registered bank account or wallet.
4.1 Strict Non-Payment Policy
You agree and understand that:
• Rejected cases will not be paid.
• Incomplete cases will not be paid.
• Rework tasks not completed as instructed will not be paid.
• Fraudulent or manipulated tasks will not be paid and may lead to penalties.
5. ZERO-MONEY HANDLING POLICY
The Field Executive shall strictly NOT:
• Ask any client for money
• Accept cash or digital payments
• Request tips, deposits, travel fees, service charges, or personal compensation
• Collect funds on behalf of the Company
Any violation will lead to immediate suspension or termination.
6. PROHIBITION ON DIRECT CLIENT CONTACT
You shall NOT:
• Contact clients directly outside the App
• Offer services privately or off-platform
• Share personal contact number unless officially required
• Build personal business relationships with clients
Violation leads to permanent termination and possible legal action.
7. DATA ACCURACY, COMPLIANCE & MISCONDUCT POLICY
7.1 ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR INCORRECT / FAKE WORK DATA
You must NOT upload:
• Incorrect photos
• Old, reused, or manipulated photos
• Edited or fake documents/forms
• Incorrect or incomplete data
• Misleading GPS or timestamp–manipulated logs
• Any falsified evidence
7.2 PENALTY & IMMEDIATE TERMINATION
If you upload incorrect, fake, or manipulated data:
1. Immediate penalty will be imposed.
2. Immediate termination of contract without prior notice.
3. No payment for that task.
4. Withholding of pending payouts related to fraudulent cases.
5. Possibility of legal action for fraudulent activity.
6. Permanent blacklisting from the Platform.
This is a strict zero-tolerance policy.
8. CONDUCT & SAFETY RULES
You agree to:
• Behave professionally with all customers and staff.
• Respect client property and privacy.
• Avoid misconduct, harassment, violence, or aggressive behavior.
• Not consume alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants during duty.
• Follow safety rules and location-specific compliance.
• Report any mishap or incident immediately via the App.
Violation results in penalties or termination.
9. DEVICE, APP & DATA SECURITY
You agree to:
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Allow location, camera, and internet access during tasks.
• Not tamper with App data, GPS, or visit logs.
• Not share client information or Platform data with third parties.
Any data misuse may result in legal action.
10. TERMINATION
The Company may terminate your agreement immediately if:
• You upload fake, incorrect, or manipulated data
• You fail to complete tasks properly
• Repeated client complaints occur
• You violate money-handling or direct-contact rules
• You commit misconduct or fraudulent behavior
No notice period is required for termination due to violations.
You may request account closure anytime through the App.
11. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
1. You are responsible for your actions during field visits.
2. The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, theft, or damages caused by your negligence.
3. You indemnify the Company against claims arising from your breach or misconduct.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PRIVACY
You must maintain strict confidentiality of:
• Client data
• Visit and report data
• Photos, documents, and signatures
• Internal Company information
Sharing or misusing data is grounds for legal action.
13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Company may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use of the App means you agree to the updated Terms automatically.
14. FINAL ACCEPTANCE (DIGITAL APP CONSENT)
By clicking “I Agree”, I confirm that:
• I have read and fully understand this Agreement.
• I agree to complete tasks on time and as instructed.
• I understand that incorrect photos, fake forms, or wrong data will result in penalties and immediate termination.
• I understand that rejected, incomplete, or rework-not-done cases will not be paid.
• I will not ask clients for money or contact them directly.
• I accept biweekly payment only for completed and approved cases.
• I understand that violations can result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
